Structure:
R.C.C. framed structure with panel walls with first quality brick work in cement mortar.
 
Flooring:
General flooring will be of ceramic tiles of reputed brand. Skirting of 3" width with white marble strips.
 
Staircase:
Rise and tread with Adanga marble slab.
 
Joinery:
Entrance door with teakwood framer and teakwood panelled shutter, polished on both sides. Other doors with seasoned country wood with standard flush doors. Windows with aluminium sliding type with necessary safety grills fixed separately.

All joinery will have first quality synthetic enamel paint except the entrance door.
 
Fixtures:
All fixtures will be of first quality aluminium fittings with mortise lock on all doors except toilet doors.

Sanitary Arrangements:
Sanitary arrangements will be of standard make of white colour and white glazed/ceramic tiles dado upto a height of 7ft in bathrooms. Accessories will include low-level PVC cistern, pressure die cast CP taps.
 
Water Supply Arrangements:
Common underground sump and overhead tank of suitable capacity will be provided separately for bore well water and corporation water. All pipes and fittings will be of PVC first quality except for hot water line, which will be of G.I. Pipes.
 
Kitchen:
Black polished granite work table top with white glazed/ceramic tiles dado upto a height of 2 ft above the platform. Single bowl single drain stainless steel with first quality taps will be provided.
 
Electrical:
Electrical wiring inside the flat will be designed for a 3 phase supply. Supply through a distribution board incorporating MCB. Complete concealed wiring will be of ISI make cables. Control switches and sockets will be of flush mounted modular plate type

Painting:
Inside walls will have 2 coats of putty and one coat of cement primer and one coat of emulsion. External walls will have cement paint of first quality and brand as per architect's colour scheme.
 
Compound Wall & Security:
Common compound wall and security cabin to be constructed with hollow blocks, 11' wide gates. For security, intercom facility with CCTV will be arranged.
 
Vehicle Parking:
An interlocking stone driveway with individual covered car parking will be allocated on chargeable basis.
 
Terrace:
Terrace floor will have a layer of insulation medium and finished with standard weathering course, pressed clay tiles.
 
Lobby:
Entrance lobby in the ground floor will be paved with granite tiles of 2' x 1' size.
